 4️⃣ Don’t Get Distracted by the Chaos

Trump and Elon want you distracted. Their constant scandals and outrage-bait tactics are designed to:

❌ Keep us talking about them instead of organizing
❌ Flood the media with noise so real issues get buried

❌ Exhaust us into apathy

Instead of reacting to every insane thing they do, we need to focus on what they don’t want us talking about:

✔ The lawsuits that could take them down
✔ The organizations fighting back
✔ The ways we can help

Rather than just sharing the chaos, make sure to amplify the individuals doing the heavy lifting—those filing lawsuits and taking real action against Trump and his criminal affiliates.  It’s so easy to fall for the drama—I’m guilty of it too. But right now, we need laser focus.

Final Thought: Time Is Running Out

If we don’t act powerfully right now, the courts may not work in the future.  For context, it only took Hitler 53 days to dismantle democracy in Germany. Trump and Musk have far more resources, influence, and technology than Hitler ever did. If we don’t push back now, we may not get another chance.

Every person who values democracy needs to be all in right now. Speak up, get involved, and support the lawsuits. The window to stop them is closing fast.

POWER GRAB!!!!!

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨This Executive Order does the following:

❧ All federal agencies, including independent regulatory commissions, are now subject to direct White House control.

❧ Regulations cannot be issued without presidential approval.

❧ The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) can now withhold funding from independent agencies if they don’t align with White House priorities.

❧ All federal employees must follow the President’s and Attorney General’s interpretation of the law, eliminating legal independence.

❧ A White House Liaison is to be installed in every independent regulatory agency to enforce direct presidential control.

⚠️ This is the biggest executive power grab in U.S. history. ⚠️

This formally ends the concept of an “independent” regulatory agency, dismantling one of the last barriers to absolute executive power.

📍 This order effectively erases the last major restraints on executive power. 📍 The federal government no longer operates with checks and balances. 📍 Regulations and laws are now dictated solely by the President. 📍 If left unchecked, this is the moment the U.S. ceases to function as a democratic republic.

1️⃣ The President Now Controls All Regulatory Agencies

✅ The SEC, FTC, FCC, and FEC are no longer independent.

The Stock Market is now subject to White House control, enabling insider trading, favoritism, and targeting of political opponents. Antitrust laws can be selectively enforced, allowing administration-friendly monopolies to expand unchecked. Political opponents in the tech sector, media, or finance can be targeted with regulatory action while allies are protected. Elections are now influenced by direct White House oversight of the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

✅ The FDA, EPA, and consumer protection agencies are fully politicized.

Drug approvals, food safety regulations, and environmental policies can be rewritten for political or corporate interests. Climate change regulations can be erased overnight. Scientific research is now subject to White House approval before public release.

🚨 Implication: There is no longer any neutral enforcement of economic, environmental, or election laws. Everything is now dictated by political loyalty.

2️⃣ The White House Can Block Agency Budgets or Direct Funds Elsewhere

✅ The OMB can now adjust funding allocations for independent agencies.

This gives the President the power to defund agencies without needing Congress. Regulatory agencies that challenge presidential policies will be quietly strangled of resources. Agencies loyal to the President will receive full funding—even illegally. 🚨 Implication: Congress no longer controls federal spending on regulatory enforcement. The executive branch can choke out opposition agencies and reward allies.

3️⃣ The President & Attorney General Have Final Say on All Legal Interpretations ✅ All federal employees must follow White House interpretations of the law.

The Attorney General’s opinions override agency lawyers, inspectors general, and independent counsel. Agencies cannot adopt their own interpretations of legal statutes—everything must align with the President’s views. The President can rewrite federal legal interpretations overnight. 🚨 Implication: Legal consistency is gone. Agencies cannot push back against corrupt, illegal, or unconstitutional directives because the President’s interpretation is the only interpretation allowed.

4️⃣ Installing White House Liaisons in All Regulatory Agencies ✅ A “White House Liaison” will be placed in every independent agency.

This ensures constant presidential oversight of daily operations. These liaisons will report agency actions back to the White House and enforce political compliance. Agency directors will no longer have the ability to act without White House approval.

🚨 Implication: There is now a direct enforcement arm inside every regulatory body. Even agencies that resist presidential control will be internally monitored and controlled.

📍 Every regulatory body—from financial markets to environmental protections—is now politicized. 📍 Congress no longer controls federal funding—agencies must obey the White House or risk defunding. 📍 The President’s legal interpretations override all agency autonomy, eliminating independent enforcement of federal laws. 📍 The federal bureaucracy, once designed to be resistant to corruption, is now completely subject to presidential loyalty.

H.R. 22, the SAVE (“Safeguard American Voter Eligibility”) Act is a voter suppression bill introduced by Republican Rep. Chip Roy (TX-21) in the 119th Congress that would require all Americans to show either their passport or birth certificate in order to register to vote – no other IDs would be acceptable.

Student IDs, Drivers Licenses, Military IDs, and more would no longer be valid proof to cast your vote in our democratic system. With roughly 150,000,000 Americans without a passport and many more without proper access to their birth certificate, this could be one of the most destructive voter suppression bills in modern history.

• 69 million women lack a birth certificate that matches their current legal name, creating additional barriers.

• Elderly Americans are the least likely to have a passport or immediate access to their birth certificate.

• In 7 states, less than one-third of citizens have a valid passport.

One Week in Trump Regime

 Here’s a mostly complete look at what the Trump administration has done over the last seven days:

• Saw seven federal prosecutors resign rather than file a motion to dismiss criminal charges against New York City Mayor Eric Adams.

• Boasted in a joint Fox News interview that Adams is essentially beholden to the Trump administration on immigration issues.

• Clawed back $80 million in Federal Emergency Management Agency funding to New York City for sheltering migrants.

• Announced reciprocal tariffs on foreign countries that will be based on various taxes and subsidies.

• Failed to comply with a court order to unfreeze billions of dollars in federal grants, according to a judge.

• Ruled out NATO membership for Ukraine, with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth saying the U.S. will no longer prioritize European security.

• Signaled support for far-right parties in Europe in a speech by the vice president at the Munich Security Conference.

• Began firing thousands of federal workers at the Department of Veterans Affairs, the U.S. Forest Service and other agencies.

• Received 75,000 acceptances of a deferred “buyout” program for federal workers that is on uncertain legal ground.

• Was sued by eight inspectors general who say they were fired unlawfully and are seeking to be reinstated.

• Quickly tried to rehire workers who oversee the safety of the country’s nuclear weapons after firing them en masse.

• Fired a USAID inspector general after he released a report detailing the negative effects of the agency’s downsizing.

• Said it was “unrealistic” to think Russia wouldn’t keep portions of Ukraine it has taken by force, undercutting peace negotiations.

• Watched as Elon Musk answered questions in the Oval Office on his DOGE efforts to take control of federal agencies.

• Claimed that Musk is not actually in charge of the U.S. DOGE Service in a court filing.

• Attempted to give DOGE workers access to private data at the Social Security Administration, leading the top official to step down.

• Edited a document that said the federal government might buy $400 million worth of armored Teslas after a news report.

• Barred The Associated Press from attending a White House function for its policy of using the name “the Gulf of Mexico.”

• Urged student athletic associations to strip trans girls and women of any records, titles, awards or recognition

• Was sued by immigrant rights and legal aid groups seeking access to dozens of migrants who are being held at Guantánamo Bay.

• Began deporting undocumented immigrants from Africa and Asia to Panama, according to reports.

• Threatened to withhold federal money from K-12 schools and colleges if they don’t end diversity initiatives in two weeks.

• Ended a federal effort to move away from plastic straws and ordered the government to stop buying paper straws.

• Named Trump chairman of the Kennedy Center after purging President Joe Biden’s appointees.

• Floated a plan to impeach judges who ruled against the Trump administration this year.

• Floated a plan to “fire” the “worst 1% of appointed judges” each year, in defiance of constitutional protections for the judiciary.

• Claimed without evidence that Democratic nominee Kamala Harris may not have received 75 million votes.

• Questioned whether Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell actually had childhood polio after he voted against Trump nominees.

• Hung Trump’s mug shot from his Georgia election interference case just outside the Oval Office.

• Posted on social media an image of Napoleon and a quote, “He who saves his country violates no law.”

• Criticized Pope Francis after he told U.S. bishops to consider mass deportations a “violation of the dignity” of immigrants.

 Four out of 10 Americans have shifted their spending over the last few months to align with their moral views, according to the Harris poll.

• 31% of Americans reported having no interest in supporting the economy this year – a sentiment especially felt by younger (gen Z: 37%), Black (41% v white: 28%), and  Democratic consumers (35% v 29% of independents and 28% of Republicans).

• A quarter (24%) of respondents have even stopped shopping at their favorite stores because of their politics (Black: 35%, gen Z: 32%, Democratic: 31%).

More Democrats (50%) indicated they were changing their spending habits compared with Republicans (41%) and independents (40%). Democrats were also more likely to say they have stopped shopping at companies that have opposing political views to their own – 45% of Democrats indicated so, compared with 34% of Republicans.

It’s a sign that consumers with liberal views are starting to use their wallets in response to politics in the private sector.

Take Back Your Freedom from the Oligarchy

 As I have witnessed the coordinated attack on our democracy

  by a handful of billionaires and Trump, i.e., the oligarchy,

  these last few weeks,

it has become crystal clear that

  I need to vote with my pocketbook.

  That is where they feel the pain.

You can start anywhere, really.

  Just examine who you are buying products from.

  If your dollars are supporting the oligarchy,

  buy elsewhere!

And the cool thing about it is that

  you can also support local, independent businesses

  thereby, reinforcing the backbone of our economy!

So, I started with google.

  As I dug in, I learned a few things.

First, there are multiple tendrils

  from google into my life!!!

This is no surprise for a few reasons:

1. 'Backwards/Vertical Integration' is a basic business strategy, i.e., if you are making something, control the raw materials, the transportation, the marketing...everything.  The more steps in the process you control, the more money you make.
2. 'Sideways integration' (I made up this term) - following suit, it you have a process, use it to sell more and more products.  Google, for example, continues building more software, e.g., maps, calendars, email, etc.
3. Big money can create user-friendly products and smash the competition which doesn't have the resources to keep up.
4. Me, the consumer...I look for the easiest method to accomplish my goals, so I buy-into the company.

Hence, I have to disentangle from all the tendrils!

  So, I researched alternative calendars and browsers.

  I researched how to block the tracking by the oligarchy.

The second thing I learned is

  there are alternate sources for everything out there!

  When I use them, I am supporting our economy!

The third thing I am learning is

  how free I feel, how empowered I am!

  This Vote With Your Pocketbook thing is POWERFUL!

Now, I take on Amazon.

  Systematically breaking ties,

  finding new sources, 

  closing down the flow of my money

  to the billionaires...
