I republish this from my book as we are now embroiled in the Carnival of Obfuscation, authored and administered by the Trump regime. It feels so vitally important now to center in our truths as they reinforce the ground they are attempting to rip from under us.
THE CRUCIBLE
So, what does it mean to stay centered?
It seems an imperative contemplation.
Its teachings offer answers to nihilism.
Our hope, our promise, all of our answers,
dwell at the center of us all, in our souls!
They await our recognition, confidence.
In a battle for our country, we are being
enveloped in a Carnival of Obfuscation,
its singular intent, to unhinge our minds.
This carnival now boils in rage as a battle
for the soul of our nation and crucially
for the minds and souls of our people.
The Carnival of Obfuscation is proficient.
And when combined with intimidation,
it yields a people devoid of discernment.
The winds of obfuscation will be whipped
into tempests that wreak brutal mayhem.
Their intention is to annihilate our truth.
Thus, the urgent entreaty to stay centered.
Remember, they can confuse us, but never
demolish the truths we carry in our souls.
Find your truth in your soul; embrace it.
Center on your truth; the crucible is now.
