Robert Reich sent an email this morning, stating that trump had gotten rid of the 31st day of every month. The old 31st days would now be 'trump Days', wherein we need to express gratitude for him.
I did fall for the joke, and am sufficiently red-faced!
In a later email, he said, 'Apologies for my lame attempt at humor this morning. (As several of you pointed out, it was all too plausible. Trump and Musk have blurred the line between humor and catastrophe.)'
Now here is what is really happening...
and he wants a Nobel Prize!!!
And trump is letting everyone know that he will have a third term in office,
despite the 22nd Amendment which prohibits a person from being elected U.S. president more than twice.
After telling NBC News that he's "not joking" about the possibility and that there are "methods" that would allow him to serve a third time, Trump declined to confirm to reporters aboard Air Force One on Sunday that he's planning to leave the White House after his second term ends on Jan. 20, 2029.
Robert, your April 1st joke was too close to our reality. Now that is scary!
